{"id":6931,"date":"2015-11-19T12:58:03","date_gmt":"2015-11-19T11:58:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/?p=6931"},"modified":"2016-11-10T17:07:00","modified_gmt":"2016-11-10T16:07:00","slug":"gnocchi-de-speculoos-recette","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/recettes\/desserts\/gnocchi-de-speculoos-recette\/","title":{"rendered":"Gnocchi de sp\u00e9culoos Recette"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>J&rsquo;adore les <b>sp\u00e9culoos<\/b>, ces biscuits aux \u00e9pices croquants qui font la fiert\u00e9 de la Belgique.<\/p>\n<p>On en fait une <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lotusbakeries.be\/fr\/products\/speculoospasta\/pate-de-speculoos\">p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner<\/a> tr\u00e8s populaire et tr\u00e8s d\u00e9cadente &#8212; imaginez un Nutella version sp\u00e9culoos, clairement irr\u00e9sistible mais pas le truc le plus recommandable sur le plan nutritionnel &#8212; et j&rsquo;ai eu pour ma part envie de les transformer en <b>gnocchi sucr\u00e9s<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;adore l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de pr\u00eater la saveur unique du sp\u00e9culoos \u00e0 des petites <b>bouch\u00e9es tendres et dodues<\/b>, et j&rsquo;aime aussi le mariage nord-sud du biscuit belge et de la sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 italienne qui se tombent dans les bras l&rsquo;un de l&rsquo;autre au fond du bol.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-6933\" src=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/lotus_speculoos_cookies-760x507.jpg\" alt=\"Sp\u00e9culoos\" width=\"760\" height=\"507\" style=\"width:100%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/lotus_speculoos_cookies.jpg 760w, https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/lotus_speculoos_cookies-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/lotus_speculoos_cookies-355x237.jpg 355w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 760px) 100vw, 760px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Vous verrez aussi que c&rsquo;est une <b>recette tr\u00e8s amusante<\/b> \u00e0 faire : on commence par r\u00e9duire les sp\u00e9culoos en miettes avec un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie (un excellent anti-stress !), on forme des petits bouchons de p\u00e2te \u00e0 la poche \u00e0 douille, et une fois poch\u00e9s on fait dorer les gnocchi \u00e0 la po\u00eale dans un peu de beurre.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez tout \u00e0 fait pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te la veille, mais il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de pocher et saisir les gnocchi juste avant de servir.
