{"id":6083,"date":"2015-01-28T11:41:00","date_gmt":"2015-01-28T10:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/?p=6083"},"modified":"2016-02-18T16:37:38","modified_gmt":"2016-02-18T15:37:38","slug":"crackers-algues-graines-recette","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/recettes\/amuse-bouche\/crackers-algues-graines-recette\/","title":{"rendered":"Crackers aux algues et aux graines Recette"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;histoire de ces crackers a commenc\u00e9 un peu <b>par hasard<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;avais pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ma fid\u00e8le <a href=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/recettes\/bases\/pate-a-tarte-facile-a-lhuile-dolive-recette\/\">p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/a> pour faire l&rsquo;une de mes recettes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es de tous les temps, la quiche oignon et cumin qui est dans mon <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/dp\/2501054784?tag=chocolzucchi-21\">premier livre<\/a>. Il me restait quelques <b>chutes<\/b>, que d&rsquo;habitude je fais cuire en l&rsquo;\u00e9tat, pour les grignoter plus tard. Mais cette fois j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me donner un tout petit peu plus de mal et d&rsquo;utiliser un emporte-pi\u00e8ce, et le premier qui m&rsquo;est tomb\u00e9 sous la main en fouillant dans mon placard \u00e0 bazar, c&rsquo;est l&#8217;emporte-pi\u00e8ce \u00ab\u00a0puzzle\u00a0\u00bb qui fait partie de mon attirail depuis <a href=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/recipes\/cookies-small-cakes\/petits-beurres-recipe\/\">des ann\u00e9es<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"pullquote alignright\">\n<p>\t\t\tCes crackers sont fins et d\u00e9licieusement croquants, avec des poches d&rsquo;air qui se forment ici et l\u00e0 et ajoutent au plaisir de la d\u00e9gustation.\n\t\t<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>J&rsquo;avais assez de p\u00e2te pour en faire trois, au bas mot, mais ils ont eu tellement de succ\u00e8s aupr\u00e8s de mon fils de deux ans et demi (des crackers ! en forme de puzzle ! quoi de plus <b>excitant<\/b> ?) que j&rsquo;ai rapidement refait cette p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte juste pour en tirer des crackers.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis, ils font des apparitions fr\u00e9quentes \u00e0 la maison, pour le plus grand plaisir des adultes autant que des enfants. Au fil du temps j&rsquo;ai un peu modifi\u00e9 la recette pour en booster le go\u00fbt (et les qualit\u00e9s nutritionnelles) pour aboutir \u00e0 cette version ultime, dans laquelle je mets des <b>graines vari\u00e9es<\/b> (s\u00e9same, chia, lin) et des paillettes d&rsquo;<b>algues s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/b> (le tout se trouvant facilement en magasin bio).<\/p>\n<p>Ces crackers sont fins et d\u00e9licieusement croquants, avec des <b>poches d&rsquo;air<\/b> qui se forment ici et l\u00e0 et ajoutent au plaisir de la d\u00e9gustation. Ajoutez l'huile et l'eau, et m\u00e9langez \u00e0 la fourchette ou au <a href=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/ustensiles\/le-fouet-danois\/\">fouet danois<\/a> jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te s'amalgame. Ajoutez un petit peu d'eau si n\u00e9cessaire.\r<\/li><div id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-1\" class=\"instruction-label\" ><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6094\" src=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/crackers_prep.jpg\" alt=\"Crackers aux algues et aux graines\" width=\"500\" height=\"334\" \/>\r<\/div><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-2\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Couvrez et mettez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 1 heure.\r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-3\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C et chemisez une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie de papier sulfuris\u00e9 ou d'un tapis de cuisson en silicone.\r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-4\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Divisez la p\u00e2te en deux, gardez une moiti\u00e9 au frais et d\u00e9posez l'autre sur un plan de travail l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9. Etalez la p\u00e2te assez finement, 1 \u00e0 2 mm, en farinant en-dessous et au-dessus d\u00e8s que la p\u00e2te commence \u00e0 devenir un peu collante. Autant que possible, il faut r\u00e9aliser cette \u00e9tape en gestes rapides et assur\u00e9s pour \u00e9viter de trop travailler la p\u00e2te.\r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-5\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">A l'aide d'un emporte-pi\u00e8ce, d\u00e9coupez autant de crackers que possible et disposez-les sur la plaque au fur et \u00e0 mesure. Rassemblez les chutes en boule, \u00e9talez-la et recommencez. Recommencez avec la deuxi\u00e8me moiti\u00e9 de p\u00e2te.\r<\/li><div id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-6\" class=\"instruction-label\" ><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6093\" src=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/crackers_prep-2.jpg\" alt=\"Crackers aux algues et aux graines\" width=\"500\" height=\"334\" \/>\r<\/div><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-7\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faites cuire au four 15 \u00e0 20 minutes, jusqu'\u00e0 ce que les crackers soit blond-brun.
