{"id":5034,"date":"2010-07-23T10:00:21","date_gmt":"2010-07-23T08:00:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/?p=5034"},"modified":"2014-04-09T10:54:55","modified_gmt":"2014-04-09T08:54:55","slug":"des-podcasts-pour-parler-cuisine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/livres\/des-podcasts-pour-parler-cuisine\/","title":{"rendered":"Des Podcasts pour parler cuisine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Que je marche dans la rue, que j&rsquo;enfourche mon v\u00e9lo, que je m&rsquo;affaire en cuisine, ou que je m&rsquo;installe pour peler des <a href=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/tag\/feve\/\">f\u00e8ves<\/a>, je me mets toujours un bon <b>podcast<\/b> pour me divertir. <\/p>\n<p>Il y en a certes quelques-uns que j&rsquo;\u00e9coute qui ne sont pas <b>en lien avec la cuisine<\/b> &#8212; mon pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 de tous les temps, c&rsquo;est <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thisamericanlife.org\/\">This American Life<\/a> &#8212; mais vous ne serez sans doute pas surpris d&rsquo;apprendre que j&rsquo;appr\u00e9cie particuli\u00e8rement ceux qui parlent des plaisirs de la table, et de leurs ramifications culturelles et politiques.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne suis sans doute pas la seule, donc j&rsquo;ai pens\u00e9 <b>partager<\/b> avec vous la liste des podcasts que j&rsquo;\u00e9coute r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Je pr\u00e9cise que la plupart sont en anglais, mais quel moyen plus d\u00e9licieux d&rsquo;entretenir ou d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer votre connaissance de la langue ?<\/p>\n<p>Et bien s\u00fbr, si vous avez des <b>recommandations<\/b> \u00e0 me faire, je suis toujours \u00e0 la recherche de nouvelles p\u00e9pites !<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Good Food + The Splendid Table<\/h3>\n<p>Je suis religieusement l&rsquo;\u00e9mission <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kcrw.com\/etc\/programs\/gf\">Good Food<\/a>*, diffus\u00e9e depuis Los Angeles par la radio KCRW et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par la chaleureuse <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/evankleiman\">Evan Kleiman<\/a>. J&rsquo;aime aussi <a href=\"http:\/\/splendidtable.org\/\">The Splendid Table<\/a> avec Lynne Rossetto Kasper, une autre \u00e9mission de la radio publique am\u00e9ricaine qui se destine aux <i>people who love to eat<\/i> (c&rsquo;est nous).<\/p>\n<p>Ces deux \u00e9missions sont d&rsquo;un format assez similaire : elles durent chacune une heure, et abordent une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de sujets avec des chroniqueurs r\u00e9guliers et des invit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3>Edible Radio<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous vous int\u00e9ressez au d\u00e9veloppement durable et \u00e0 la politique de l&rsquo;alimentation, il faut absolument \u00e9couter le podcast <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ediblecommunities.com\/radio\/\">Edible Radio<\/a> pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/ediblesantafe\">Kate Manchester<\/a>, qui pour chaque \u00e9pisode re\u00e7oit un expert diff\u00e9rent : auteur, producteur, chef, etc.<\/p>\n<h3>Spilled Milk<\/h3>\n<p>Mes amis <a href=\"http:\/\/orangette.net\/\">Molly<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rootsandgrubs.com\/\">Matthew<\/a> (j&rsquo;ai re\u00e7u ce dernier dans ma s\u00e9rie des <a href=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/interview\/les-parents-qui-cuisinent\/les-parents-qui-cuisinent-matthew-amster-burton\/\">Parents qui cuisinent<\/a>) ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 un podcast intitul\u00e9 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spilledmilkpodcast.com\/\">Spilled Milk<\/a> (lait renvers\u00e9**), qu&rsquo;ils enregistrent chez eux \u00e0 Seattle. C&rsquo;est un podcast qui parle de cuisine sur un ton humoristique et irr\u00e9v\u00e9rencieux, mais avec un fond de qualit\u00e9 : on en sort toujours avec des astuces et de l&rsquo;inspiration.<\/p>\n<h3>The Food Programme<\/h3>\n<p>Je suis une grande fan du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/podcasts\/series\/foodprog\">Food Programme<\/a> diffus\u00e9 sur la Radio 4 de la BBC et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Sheila Dillon.
