{"id":3635,"date":"2013-07-09T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2013-07-09T16:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/uncategorized\/barres-de-cereales-recette\/"},"modified":"2016-01-02T14:44:14","modified_gmt":"2016-01-02T13:44:14","slug":"barres-de-cereales-recette","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/recettes\/petit-dejeuner\/barres-de-cereales-recette\/","title":{"rendered":"Barres de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales Recette"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>J&rsquo;ai une certaine exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de confection de granola &#8212; voyez plut\u00f4t ma <a href=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/2010\/11\/granola_ma_formule_de_base.php\" target=\"_self\">formule de base<\/a>, mon <a href=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/archives\/2006\/05\/macadamia_maple_granola.php\" target=\"_self\">granola \u00e9rable macadamia<\/a>, mon <a href=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/2010\/08\/granola_cru_au_sarrasin.php\" target=\"_self\">granola cru au sarrasin<\/a> et mon <a href=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/2012\/11\/granola_sale.php\" target=\"_self\">granola sal\u00e9<\/a> &#8212; mais les <strong>barres de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales<\/strong>, qui ne sont finalement que du granola en format compact, m&rsquo;ont toujours donn\u00e9 du fil \u00e0 retordre.<\/p>\n<p>Mes diff\u00e9rents essais au fil des ann\u00e9es ont invariablement \u00e9t\u00e9 des <strong>d\u00e9ceptions<\/strong>, impossibles \u00e0 d\u00e9couper proprement et tombant rapidement en morceaux. Donc pour les snacks \u00e0 emporter, je m&rsquo;en remettais \u00e0 ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/2009\/05\/larabars_faites_maison.php\" target=\"_self\">l\u00e4rabars faites maison<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/dp\/1607741148?tag=chocolzucchi-21\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/archives\/images\/books\/sproutedkitchen.jpg\" alt=\"Sprouted Kitchen\" width=\"200\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a>Et puis il y a quelques mois, j&rsquo;ai re\u00e7u un exemplaire du tr\u00e8s chouette livre de Sara et Hugh Forte <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/dp\/1607741148?tag=chocolzucchi-21\">The Sprouted Kitchen<\/a> (vous connaissez sans doute <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sproutedkitchen.com\/\">leur blog<\/a> ?), et parmi les recettes que j&rsquo;ai marqu\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 essayer de toute urgence\u00a0\u00bb (dont la salade de brocoli miel et moutarde, les pois-chiches croustillants au curry, les g\u00e2teaux de ma\u00efs \u00e0 la compote de cerise&#8230;) il y avait celle des <b>Granola Protein Bars<\/b> (barres de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales prot\u00e9in\u00e9es) page 154.<\/p>\n<p>La recette de Sara utilise du <b>sirop de riz<\/b>, et cet ingr\u00e9dient est effectivement tr\u00e8s efficace pour que les barres gardent leur forme. Elle fait aussi appel \u00e0 du <b>riz souffl\u00e9<\/b>, ce qui ajoute du croustillant \u00e0 la m\u00e2che satisfaisante des flocons d&rsquo;avoine.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"pullquote alignleft\">\n<p>\t\t\tLa recette utilise du sirop de riz, qui permet que les barres gardent leur forme. Elle fait aussi appel \u00e0 du riz souffl\u00e9, ce qui ajoute du croustillant.\n\t\t<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Je pr\u00e9pare maintenant ces barres avec r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 et enthousiasme, et j&rsquo;ai modifi\u00e9 la recette pour pouvoir les <b>partager<\/b> avec mon fils de 14 mois, qui les appr\u00e9cie au petit-d\u00e9jeuner et peut facilement les manger seul : je ne mets pas les fruits secs, je zappe la poudre de prot\u00e9ine (je ne suis pas une fan, et \u00e0 vrai dire je ne sais m\u00eame pas o\u00f9 \u00e7a s&rsquo;ach\u00e8te), et j&rsquo;utilise moiti\u00e9 sirop de riz, moiti\u00e9 compote de pomme ou poire pour sucrer les barres.<\/p>\n<p>Et maintenant que l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 a vraiment commenc\u00e9, on n&rsquo;a jamais trop de recettes de snacks faciles \u00e0 emporter pour les voyages et les randonn\u00e9es. (Note : mon moule a un fond amovible et il est anti-adh\u00e9sif, donc je me contente de le huiler.)\r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-1\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Mettez tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un grand saladier et m\u00e9langez bien \u00e0 la fourchette. Versez dans le moule et \u00e9talez de fa\u00e7on uniforme avec une spatule en pressant sur la surface pour bien tasser.\r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-2\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Faites cuire 25 minutes, jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le dessus soit pris et dor\u00e9 ; ne faites pas cuire trop longtemps, sinon il sera difficile de d\u00e9couper les barres proprement. Laissez refroidir compl\u00e8tement.
