Cette peau parchemin\u00e9e qui refuse de se retirer proprement, ces petits d\u00e9bris qui se coincent sous les ongles et collent \u00e0 la planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper, sans parler des couches ext\u00e9rieures mi-peau mi-chair (j&rsquo;en fais quoi de celles-l\u00e0 ?) &#8212; tout \u00e7a me contrarie hautement.<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant <b>j&rsquo;adore<\/b> les oignons, leur douceur autant que leur force, donc je prends mon mal en patience et j&rsquo;essaie de voir chaque oignon pel\u00e9 comme une opportunit\u00e9 d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer ma technique, dans l&rsquo;espoir qu&rsquo;un jour j&rsquo;arrive \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier cette t\u00e2che ingrate.<\/p>\n<p>Et pour souffler un peu, quand j&rsquo;ai envie d&rsquo;oignons tendres et caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s sans me fatiguer, il y a les <b>oignons r\u00f4tis<\/b> tels que pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/dp\/0670026182?tag=chocolzucchi-21\">What Katie Ate<\/a> (paru en fran\u00e7ais sous le titre <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/dp\/2012306500?tag=chocolzucchi-21\">Quand Katie cuisine<\/a>) de Katie Quinn Davies, photographe, styliste culinaire, et auteur du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.whatkatieate.com\/\">blog<\/a> du m\u00eame nom.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;id\u00e9e est toute <b>simple<\/b> et je ne sais pas pourquoi je n&rsquo;y ai pas pens\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t, mais je remercie Katie de me l&rsquo;avoir souffl\u00e9e. Il suffit de couper des oignons en deux &#8212; avec la peau ! oui ! &#8212; les disposer sur une plaque de four, les arroser d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, les saupoudrer de sel, et les mettre au four. On obtient alors des oignons merveilleusement tendres, et brun dor\u00e9 aux entournures.<\/p>\n<p>On peut les servir <b>avec ou sans la peau<\/b>, comme on veut. Quand j&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9 cette recette avec des oignons si petits que l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de les peler me fatiguait d&rsquo;avance, je vous avoue que j&rsquo;ai simplement apport\u00e9 la plaque \u00e0 table et qu&rsquo;on s&rsquo;est servis directement dedans, en cueillant les mini-bouch\u00e9es de chair sucr\u00e9e du bout de la fourchette.<\/p>\n<p>Katie dispose des <b>branches de thym<\/b> sur les oignons avant de les mettre au four, mais je n&rsquo;ai pas suivi son exemple parce qu&rsquo;il me semblait que \u00e7a risquait de br\u00fbler. Coupez les oignons en deux par l'Equateur, et coupez une fine tranche \u00e0 chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 (c\u00f4t\u00e9 racine et c\u00f4t\u00e9 tige) pour que chaque moiti\u00e9 d'oignon ait une base stable.\r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-2\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Placez les oignons sur la plaque. Arrosez d'un bon filet d'huile d'olive, saupoudrez de sel, et enfournez.
