Mais contrairement aux <a href=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/2008\/05\/petits_pois_frais_comment_les_ecosser.php\" target=\"_self\">petits pois<\/a>, qui sont un vrai plaisir \u00e0 \u00e9cosser, ces gousses-l\u00e0 sont vraiment p\u00e9nibles \u00e0 ouvrir, et entre le blanchissement et l&rsquo;\u00e9pluchage qui doivent suivre, je suis \u00e9puis\u00e9e avant m\u00eame d&rsquo;avoir commenc\u00e9.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"pullquote alignright\">\n<p>\t\t\tJe ne consommais de f\u00e8ves fra\u00eeches qu&rsquo;au restaurant, o\u00f9 j&rsquo;\u00e9tais ravie de payer pour que quelqu&rsquo;un d&rsquo;autre ait du vert plein les ongles.\n\t\t<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>De ce fait, j&rsquo;avais tendance \u00e0 ne consommer de f\u00e8ves fra\u00eeches qu&rsquo;au <strong>restaurant<\/strong>, o\u00f9 j&rsquo;\u00e9tais ravie de payer pour que quelqu&rsquo;un d&rsquo;autre ait du vert plein les ongles.<\/p>\n<p>Mais je suis abonn\u00e9e depuis quelques temps \u00e0 un service de livraison de l\u00e9gumes, et les paniers de la fin du printemps et du d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 contiennent souvent de <strong>jeunes f\u00e8ves<\/strong>, donc j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 oblig\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9laborer une strat\u00e9gie de contre-attaque.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;en ai trouv\u00e9 deux : la premi\u00e8re est inspir\u00e9e de la fa\u00e7on dont les Japonais pr\u00e9parent leur <b>edamame<\/b>, des gousses de soja bouillies. \u00c7a ne demande pratiquement aucun effort, et les f\u00e8ves peuvent \u00eatre servies chaudes ou froides, dans des petits bols, \u00e0 l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ro ou en accompagnement, chacun \u00e9pluchant ses propres gousses.<\/p>\n<p>La seconde consiste \u00e0 assaisonner les f\u00e8ves enti\u00e8res avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, du sel et du poivre, et \u00e0 les <b>faire r\u00f4tir<\/b> au four. Les gousses deviennent tendres et dor\u00e9es, et s&rsquo;ouvrent facilement pour lib\u00e9rer les f\u00e8ves. Lavez soigneusement les gousses, en renouvelant l'eau une ou deux fois si n\u00e9cessaire.\r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-1\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Dans une grande casserole, portez de l'eau sal\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Ajoutez les gousses, laissez l'eau revenir \u00e0 fr\u00e9missement, et faites cuire 4 \u00e0 6 minutes, en fonction de la taille des gousses. V\u00e9rifiez la cuisson en ouvrant une gousse (attention, c'est chaud) et en go\u00fbtant une des f\u00e8ves : il faut qu'elle ait un go\u00fbt un peu sucr\u00e9 (plut\u00f4t que vert), mais qu'elle soit encore un peu ferme sous la dent.\r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-2\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Egouttez bien, m\u00e9langez avec le sel et le poivre, et mettez dans un grand ou plusieurs petits bols. Servez imm\u00e9diatement, ou \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.
