{"id":3572,"date":"2012-03-22T09:43:23","date_gmt":"2012-03-22T08:43:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/uncategorized\/douze-heures-a-paris\/"},"modified":"2014-04-24T09:36:18","modified_gmt":"2014-04-24T07:36:18","slug":"douze-heures-a-paris","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/paris\/restaurants\/douze-heures-a-paris\/","title":{"rendered":"Douze Heures \u00e0 Paris"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il y a trois ans et demi, j&rsquo;ai embo\u00eet\u00e9 le pas \u00e0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amateurgourmet.com\/2008\/09\/12_hours_in_new.html\">mon ami Adam<\/a> et imagin\u00e9 ce que je ferais si j&rsquo;avais seulement <a href=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/archives\/2008\/09\/twelve_hours_in_paris.php\" target=\"_self\">douze heures \u00e0 passer \u00e0 Paris<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;approuve toujours les choix que j&rsquo;avais faits \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception de la gelateria Caramella, qui malheureusement n&rsquo;est plus (ne me lancez pas l\u00e0-dessus, sinon je pleure). Mais suite au commentaire r\u00e9cent d&rsquo;une lectrice nomm\u00e9e Patricia, j&rsquo;ai eu envie de revisiter la th\u00e9matique et de composer une nouvelle <b>journ\u00e9e parisienne id\u00e9ale<\/b>, en incluant des adresses qui ont ouvert entre-temps.<\/p>\n<p>Mes douze heures \u00e0 Paris version 2012 commenceraient en fin de matin\u00e9e avec un <b>croissant<\/b> \u00e0 la boulangerie de <a href=\"http:\/\/gontran-cherrier-boulanger.com\/\">Gontran Cherrier<\/a> : il fait ses viennoiseries avec un feuilletage invers\u00e9, classiquement r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux millefeuilles, ce qui les rend particuli\u00e8rement croustillantes et d\u00e9licieuses. J&rsquo;ach\u00e8terais aussi un demi <a href=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/2011\/06\/le_pain_au_seigle_et_miso_rouge_de_gontran_cherrier.php\" target=\"_self\">pain au seigle et miso rouge<\/a> en esp\u00e9rant ne pas regretter plus tard de devoir le porter toute la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;irais alors me balader une heure ou deux sur la butte <b>Montmartre<\/b>, qui rec\u00e8le encore des secrets m\u00eame quand on y habite depuis (gloups) neuf ans. Je grimperais les escaliers et je descendrais les rues pav\u00e9es, j&rsquo;irais saluer <a href=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/archives\/2005\/08\/drink_local_drink_montmartre_wbw12.php\" target=\"_self\">les vignes<\/a>, j&rsquo;essaierais de rep\u00e9rer les courettes les plus charmantes (et je rentrerais jeter un petit coup d&rsquo;oeil si d&rsquo;aventure le portail \u00e9tait ouvert), et je profiterais du calme et de la verdure.<\/p>\n<p>Je prendrais ensuite le m\u00e9tro ou un V\u00e9lib&rsquo; pour aller <b>d\u00e9jeuner<\/b> chez <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Bobs-Juice-Bar\/28014229087\">Bob&rsquo;s Kitchen<\/a>, le restaurant v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien o\u00f9 j&rsquo;ai travaill\u00e9 bri\u00e8vement l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Je commanderais le <a href=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/moblog\/archives\/2009\/06\/bobs-kitchen-ve.html\" target=\"_self\">veggie stew<\/a> du jour, un m\u00e9lange ultra satisfaisant de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, l\u00e9gumineuses, l\u00e9gumes r\u00f4tis et l\u00e9gumes crus, qui faisait mon d\u00e9jeuner quotidien lorsque j&rsquo;\u00e9tais en cuisine. Je prendrais aussi un de leurs irr\u00e9sistibles maki (garnis d&rsquo;avocat, mangue et daikon) \u00e0 partager.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Selon mon humeur et celle de la m\u00e9t\u00e9o, j&rsquo;irais alors m&rsquo;installer au Square du Temple pour profiter du soleil et d&rsquo;un bon bouquin, ou bien j&rsquo;irais me r\u00e9fugier dans un des <b>mus\u00e9es<\/b> des environs &#8212; peut-\u00eatre le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.arts-et-metiers.net\/\">Mus\u00e9e des Arts et M\u00e9tiers<\/a> ou le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.centrepompidou.fr\/\">Centre Pompidou<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Si j&rsquo;avais envie d&rsquo;une pause sucr\u00e9e au milieu de l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi, j&rsquo;irais prendre un th\u00e9 et une <b>p\u00e2tisserie<\/b> chez <a href=\"http:\/\/jacquesgenin.fr\/\">Jacques Genin<\/a> : il a fait des classiques revisit\u00e9s sa sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9, et son salon de th\u00e9 est un havre lumineux. Il fait aussi des chocolats raffin\u00e9s, des caramels fondants et des <a href=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/archives\/2004\/10\/fruit_paste.php\" target=\"_self\">p\u00e2tes de fruit<\/a> d\u00e9licates, donc j&rsquo;ach\u00e8terais peut-\u00eatre une bo\u00eete de quelque chose, \u00e0 d\u00e9guster plus tard ou \u00e0 offrir.<\/p>\n<p>Je ferais ensuite un tour dans le <b>Haut Marais<\/b> environnant histoire d&rsquo;explorer les petites rues pleines de boutiques de cr\u00e9ateurs, et je passerais chez <a href=\"http:\/\/ppprovence.com\/\">Premi\u00e8re Pression Provence<\/a> pour acheter de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et chez <a href=\"http:\/\/www.poilane.com\">Poil\u00e2ne<\/a> pour un sachet de <a href=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/archives\/2005\/05\/la_punition.php\" target=\"_self\">punitions<\/a>. Je marcherais aussi jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Merci sur le boulevard Beaumarchais pour voir ce qu&rsquo;ils ont de nouveau aux rayons cuisine (au sous-sol) et vaisselle (\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tage).<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;irais alors me poser chez <a href=\"http:\/\/www.candelariaparis.com\/\">Candelaria<\/a>, un <b>bar \u00e0 cocktail<\/b> \u00ab\u00a0cach\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb derri\u00e8re une porte d\u00e9rob\u00e9e au fond d&rsquo;une minuscule taqueria, avant d&rsquo;aller <b>d\u00eener<\/b> chez <a href=\"http:\/\/www.septime-charonne.fr\/\">Septime<\/a>, o\u00f9 je me d\u00e9lecterais de la cuisine vibrante et intuitive de Bertrand Gr\u00e9baut.<\/p>\n<p>Mes douze heures s&rsquo;ach\u00e8veraient \u00e0 la fin de ce repas, et je serais fourbue, mais bigrement bien nourrie et surtout <b>ravie<\/b> d&rsquo;avoir autant profit\u00e9 de mon temps \u00e0 Paris.<\/p>\n<p>Et vous, <b>que feriez-vous<\/b> si vous n&rsquo;aviez que douze heures \u00e0 passer dans la capitale ?
