Retirez du feu, couvrez, et laissez reposer 15 minutes de plus, jusqu'\u00e0 ce que tout le liquide soit absorb\u00e9. Laissez refroidir compl\u00e8tement.\r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-1\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Coupez la chair des poivrons en petits morceaux et le tofu en d\u00e9s.\r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-2\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">M\u00e9langez tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un saladier, puis go\u00fbtez et rectifiez l'assaisonnement.
