Dans un grand saladier, m\u00e9langez le poulet, les olives, les pruneaux, l'ail et les feuilles de laurier. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez l'huile, le vinaigre et l'origan \u00e0 l'aide d'un fouet. Assaisonnez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement de sel et de poivre.\r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-1\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Versez la pr\u00e9paration sur le poulet et m\u00e9langez avec vos mains pour bien le recouvrir. Recouvrez de film plastique et mettez au frais toute la nuit.\r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-2\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Le lendemain, sortez le poulet du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur une heure avant de le cuire. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.\r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-3\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Disposez les cuisses de poulet en une seule couche dans un grand plat allant au four (j'ai d\u00fb utiliser deux plats).\r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-4\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Versez le reste de la marinade (ainsi que tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments solides restants) sur le poulet, saupoudrez de sucre roux et ajoutez le vin blanc.
