On peut les grignoter simplement dans l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi, les servir avec le fromage (surtout les bleus et les fromages \u00e0 cro\u00fbte lav\u00e9e) ou le gibier, en mettre dans des scones, des biscuits \u00e0 l&rsquo;avoine, un granola, et surtout le fameux berawecka du No\u00ebl alsacien. Tranchez les poires finement et horizontalement \u00e0 l'aide d'un couteau bien aiguis\u00e9. Chaque tranche doit \u00eatre ronde avec un trou au milieu, comme un polo g\u00e9ant aplati. \r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-2\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Disposez les tranches sur la grille huil\u00e9e en une seule couche (elles peuvent se toucher, mais ne doivent pas se chevaucher). Laissez cuire pendant 4 \u00e0 4h30, en retournant les tranches \u00e0 mi-cuisson, jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elles soient dor\u00e9es et compl\u00e8tement s\u00e8ches.
