Veillez \u00e0 ne pas trop la travailler.\r<\/li><div id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-6\" class=\"instruction-label\" ><img src=\"https:\/\/cnz.to\/vf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/pate_brisee-3.jpg\" alt=\"P\u00e2te bris\u00e9e : en boule\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10114\" \/>\r<\/div><div id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-7\" class=\"instruction-label\" >Si vous travaillez au robot :\r<\/div><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-8\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">M\u00e9langez la farine, le sel et le beurre dans le bol du robot. Mixez \u00e0 petite vitesse environ 10 secondes jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange prenne une consistance de chapelure.\r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-9\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Ajoutez l'\u0153uf et mixez \u00e0 nouveau quelques secondes jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te forme une boule. Si la p\u00e2te est trop s\u00e8che, ajoutez un peu d'eau glac\u00e9e, une cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois, et mixez par impulsion jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elle s'amalgame.\r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-10\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Transf\u00e9rez la p\u00e2te sur un plan de travail l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9 et mettez-la en boule, sans p\u00e9trir.\r<\/li><div id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-11\" class=\"instruction-label\" >Dans tous les cas :\r<\/div><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-12\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Aplatissez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la boule de p\u00e2te. Enveloppez-la de film alimentaire et r\u00e9servez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur 30 minutes, ou jusqu'\u00e0 une journ\u00e9e. Sortez-la du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur un peu avant de l'utiliser, juste assez pour pouvoir abaisser la p\u00e2te sans qu'elle se brise : comptez plus ou moins 10 minutes, en fonction de la chaleur et de l'humidit\u00e9. Cette p\u00e2te se conserve 1 mois au cong\u00e9lateur.\r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-13\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"> \r<\/li><li id=\"zlrecipe-instruction-14\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Farinez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement votre plan de travail et votre rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie. D\u00e9posez la boule de p\u00e2te devant vous et passez le rouleau deux ou trois fois dessus en exer\u00e7ant une pression mod\u00e9r\u00e9e. Tournez votre abaisse d'un quart de tour et passez le rouleau \u00e0 nouveau deux ou trois fois. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez ces \u00e9tapes jusqu'\u00e0 ce que l'abaisse forme un cercle assez grand pour chemiser votre moule.
